Permaculture is a system for designing and creating sustainable systems, based upon the patterns found in nature. It is often applied to food production and land use, but is equally valuable when applied to buildings, organisations and much more.
Permaculture consists of a set of Ethics and Principles that are applied as part of the design process.
Transition Leicester organises an annual 12-day Permaculture Design Course, 2-day introductory courses and occasional introductory talks and workshops (get in touch if you’d like one).
